Meet Your designer

My name is Jordan Jones. Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm a devoted father with a passion for crafting delicious meals and an avid flower gardener in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.Professionally, I am a licensed Structural Engineer in both Washington State and Oregon. My career, spanning over a decade, has been dedicated to designing hundreds of residential structures, each reflecting my deep expertise and unwavering commitment to architectural excellence.

Throughout my journey, I've encountered numerous house plans purchased online, brought to me for adaptation to Washington's unique environmental conditions. Frankly, every single one was a massive disappointment—lacking in detail, clarity, and viability for construction. It was astonishing to see plans of such poor quality being considered for actual builds.Driven by these experiences, I've embarked on a mission: to create the world's best building plans. My goal is to deliver plans that are not only the most detailed, easiest to comprehend, and smooth to build but also embody the pinnacle of design excellence. I'm committed to ensuring that everyone has access to plans that are as functional as they are beautiful, setting a new standard for what's possible in building design.

Building with typical online plans is a mess.

  • First off, they're about as detailed as a doodle on a napkin when it comes to actual building instructions.

  • They leave out so much essential info for code compliance.

  • Because of the mystery gaps in information, builders end up playing a guessing game, often leading to a construction version of "telephone" where the end result is nothing like the start.

  • Trying to get an accurate bid with these plans? Good luck! It's like handing a chef a picture of a casserole and saying, "Make this." Without the what's and how's, you're setting up for a surprise dish—construction style.

Diving into our building plans is like getting the ultimate cookbook for your construction project:

  • Each page is bursting with vivid, step-by-step instructions, turning the complex language of construction into a smooth, enjoyable read.

  • Forget about playing detective with codes and regulations; our plans are like an open book, detailing everything you need for a code-compliant masterpiece.

  • No more guessing games for your builder. Our plans lay it all out, clear as day, ensuring what's built in the end matches what's envisioned at the start.

  • And bidding? It's as straightforward as following a well-loved recipe. With every material and method detailed, preparing an accurate bid is as satisfying as baking your favorite cake—no surprises, just sweet success.
